It’s just struck me that some of you might not know I’ve moved house! It’s a gorgeous place set back from the road in Dalton, with a courtyard and patio and pen for the dog and it’s just amazing. The landlord lives in the same complex of buildings, which would normally bother me, but he’s so lovely that I quite like it! Example - we needed an extra fridge as I need one for my studio; we mentioned to him we might get one and 3 hours later he arrives with a high-quality fridge for us!
He’s real salt of the earth - calls everyone ‘love’ regardless of gender, and never a frown on his face.
Apart from that, the living room’s full of stuff from the last house. We keep picking at it, and it’ll be worth it once it’s all finished.
